Senior QA Engineer (Web) Relocation to Cyprus

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be part of our rapidly growing IT department, contributing to the development and quality assurance of our Direct Web team.

Responsibilities

• Perform smoke, feature, and regression testing of web applications (component and end-to-end testing)
• Analyze functional requirements and ensure proper test coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., backend engineers) during feature testing
• Create and maintain clear, structured test cases
• Maintain testing checklists and documentation
• Improve manual test coverage and ensure high testing quality
• Manage test environments and prepare test data
• Participate in team activities such as daily stand-ups, discussions, and retrospectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer
• Strong understanding of functional testing, including testing theory, testing types, and test design techniques
• Experience with creating test cases, checklists, and clear bug reports
• Experience with UI end-to-end testing
• Understanding of client–server architecture, including component interactions and data flows
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON (GraphQL is a plus)
• Experience with log analysis tools
• Familiarity with Jenkins and Git for CI/CD and version control is a plus
• Understanding of SDLC/STLC and experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
• English communication skills, both written and verbal
