About the Role

• Strong technical background in Python with an operational vision to understand the product end-to-end.
• Experience in leadership roles such as Tech Lead or Team Lead is highly valued.
• Focus on product quality using cloud infrastructure to ensure high development standards.
• Solid understanding of Python frameworks, relational databases, and clean architecture principles.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and algorithm optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems, making key architectural decisions.
• Oversee product development from code to infrastructure, ensuring high performance and minimal technical debt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers, promoting best practices.
• Tackle complex problems with autonomy, analyzing requirements and implementing impactful solutions.
