About the Role
We are leading a revolution in the hospitality sector using conversational AI to enhance customer interaction and optimize business operational efficiency. We are looking for a technically deep and operationally minded individual to join our ambitious project.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical background in Python with an operational vision to understand the product end-to-end.
- Experience in leadership roles such as Tech Lead or Team Lead is highly valued.
- Focus on product quality using cloud infrastructure to ensure high development standards.
- Solid understanding of Python frameworks, relational databases, and clean architecture principles.
- Strong knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and algorithm optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems, making key architectural decisions.
- Oversee product development from code to infrastructure, ensuring high performance and minimal technical debt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers, promoting best practices.
- Tackle complex problems with autonomy, analyzing requirements and implementing impactful solutions.
