Senior Microsoft Licensing Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Design and optimization of Microsoft license and contract structures (EA, CSP, MPSA)
• Development of economic renewal, true-up, and transformation scenarios
• Consultation with internal sales and customers on optimal license and contract models

Cloud Commercial Steering

• Analysis and optimization of CSP margins and pricing structures
• Economic evaluation of cloud consumption and license developments
• Support in forecasting, renewal planning, and portfolio management
• Coordination with distributors and use of manufacturer and incentive programs
• Direct reporting to management

Portfolio and Offer Development

• Active participation in shaping our Microsoft Cloud and Licensing portfolio
• Development of standardized bundle and offer structures (e.g., M365, Support, etc.)
• Calculation of economically viable license, cloud, and service combinations
• Support in the market introduction of new Microsoft-related products
• Technical support for sales in offer strategies and license positioning

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the Microsoft Licensing environment
• Solid understanding of EA, CSP, and Microsoft Partner Programs
• Very good analytical skills and confident use of Excel
• Understanding of pricing, margin, and offer logics
• Structured, economically driven mindset
• Strong communication skills in interactions with customers, sales, finance, distributors, and manufacturer contacts

The minimum salary is 70,000 € gross per year (based on 38.5 hours), the actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times a year.
