(Senior) Hardware-Entwickler (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Handling sub-projects and independent projects
• Designing sheet metal, stamping, and milling parts
• Developing plastic components (initial experience advantageous), prototyping with 3D printing and internal laser cutting
• Accompanying products from prototype phase to series production
• Creating manufacturing documents: part drawings, bills of materials, assembly drawings, bending sequences
• Optimizing components to series maturity
• Conducting tolerance analyses of components, assemblies, and systems
• Product maintenance and change management, managing and maintaining CAD data
• Creating datasheets, operating instructions, and documentation
• Designing fixtures for assembly, mechanics, and tools

Your Profile

• Completed studies or training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
• Enjoy working in international teams, confident in English technical conversation, and willing to travel occasionally within Europe and Asia
• Experience in design with CAD systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor
• Knowledge in sheet metal and component processing as well as fixture construction
• Ideally, initial experience in plastic component development
• Practical experience with manufacturing machines like laser cutters, bending, and stamping technology
• Characterized by analytical thinking and high quality and solution orientation
• Enjoy working in a team while also being independent and structured in your work approach
