(Senior) Flutter Developer (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Flutter Developer (m/f/d) to join our team and work on our cross-platform Flutter client, which integrates Matrix and FHIR technologies with advanced encryption and privacy features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our Flutter-based client for healthcare communication
• Design and implement new features
• Ensure code quality and conduct code reviews
• Research and integrate innovative solutions to improve our product
• Communicate with partners and stakeholders
• Participate in development projects with clients and partner companies
• Contribute to open-source projects and our GitHub repository

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong teamwork, quick learning, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in open-source development
• Proficiency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Swift or Kotlin
• Knowledge of Matrix, FHIR, decentralized architecture, and cryptography
• Experience with IT solutions in healthcare
