Job summary:
Supervise monitoring all third party projects and responsible for overseeing and managing agreements related to water & recycle water assets at a senior level. This role involves a higher level of responsibility and expertise in managing water & recycle water asset agreements, ensuring compliance, optimizing asset utilization, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
General Responsibilities:
- Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- Reporting
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Developing Adoption Plan to achieve the Target.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team of engineers responsible for managing Water & recycle water asset agreements.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process related to water & recycle water asset agreements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to provide updates, insights, and recommendations related to water & recycle water asset agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to water & recycle water asset agreements.
- Direct negotiating complex or high-value water & recycle water asset agreements.
- Oversee the performance monitoring and reporting processes related to water & recycle water asset agreements.
- Stay updated on utilities best practice trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to water & recycle water asset agreements.
HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols:
