Product Owner - Technical Background (f/m/d)

The Product Owner for our Legacy SDK Engine plays a key role in ensuring the stability, evolution, and long-term value of one of our most established core products. This role bridges business objectives with development realities, maintaining a structured and transparent backlog while guiding delivery teams toward impactful, high-quality releases. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, the Product Owner ensures the product continues meeting customer needs while supporting the company’s strategic direction.

Your tasks

• Identifies and manages stakeholders, ensuring their interests, expectations, and dependencies are clearly understood and aligned
• Maintains, prioritizes, and continuously refines the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input
• Ensures incoming tickets are complete, clear, and ready for refinement and sprint planning
• Collaborates with the development team to estimate, plan, and deliver features and improvements
• Coordinates with QA, Games Production Coordination, Games Operations, Games Certification, and other teams to secure high-quality delivery
• Plans, communicates, and supports product releases, including internal testing and validation
• Provides business context and decision-making support throughout the development cycle
• Acts as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments
• Contributes to continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and team collaboration

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role — experience with legacy products is a strong advantage

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and product ownership best practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse interests

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools

Experience as a developer or QA engineer is a plus
