Job Description

Our organization provides systems aimed at digital transformation for the mobility industry. You will be responsible for project management of new system development for our services and contracted development for client companies. This role involves direct interaction with clients for negotiations and requirement adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Provide DX systems for the mobility industry, develop new systems for our services, and manage contracted development for client companies.
• Promote development through client negotiations and dialogue, focusing on project management.
• Manage project planning, overall project promotion, schedule management, and issue management.
• Handle project plan changes, client adjustments, and report project progress to clients.
• Report severe issues to clients, adjust requirements, and define requirements.
• Perform basic design, system configuration design, and document creation for delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in new system and service projects (not just customization).
• Experience in consumer-facing web system projects (BtoBtoC is acceptable).
• Experience in promoting projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Development experience, particularly in basic design.
• Over 5 years of project management experience.

Preferred

• Experience working in an IT consulting company.
• Skills in project cost forecasting and cost management and execution.
• Experience in the specified development environment.

Salary

Annual salary of 7,000,000 to 10,000,000 JPY, determined based on work experience.

Location

Osaka, Japan. Work may be based at the Tokyo headquarters, Kansai office, or Kyushu office.

Working Hours

10:00 to 18:30
