Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for OT security architecture in production and automation environments
- Design, implementation, and development of network segmentation concepts (Zones & Conduits, Defense-in-Depth)
- Definition, implementation, and monitoring of access controls for OT systems and applications
- Management and approval of patch and update management for OT components under GMP and validation aspects
- Conceptualization and operation of secure remote access solutions for internal and external service providers
- Responsibility for backup and recovery strategies including regular restoration tests
- Development and continuous improvement of a structured vulnerability management for OT systems
- Planning and execution of training and awareness measures for OT-relevant employee groups
- Ensuring and developing compliance with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., GMP, GAMP5, IEC 62443, ISO 27001)
- Coaching and advising colleagues and acting as an interface to IT, QA, and production
- Participation in audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (HTL, degree) in computer science, automation technology, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years (at least 5 years) of professional experience in the OT or ICS environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep knowledge in OT security, industrial networks, and automation systems
- Experience with regulatory and validated environments
- Proven experience in architecture design, risk management, and governance
- High level of self-responsibility, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

The annual salary (KV chem. Gewerbe) is EUR 44,954 gross. The actual monthly salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
