What will you do? (Job Objective)

As a Training and Development Mentor, the main challenge is to ensure operational efficiency based on training and to have the shortest learning curve for the commercial impact of the university with the correct execution of training processes, onboarding, and administrative management of the Digital Attraction area, through standardization, control, and continuous improvement of workflows.

How will you do it? (Activities/Challenges)

Your Main Challenges Will Be
  • Coordinate the integration process of new hires, including welcome tours and ensuring access to necessary tools for their activities on platforms like Hubspot, Tuvis, Salesforce, and CC1.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the training processes of the Remote Education team, ensuring alignment with professional development objectives and institutional goals based on onboarding.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal activities such as events, conventions, and integration dynamics, strengthening teamwork, motivation, and facilitating logistics of goals based on onboarding and institutional movements.
  • Conduct mapping, progress of the team after their training to see progress or reinforcement, implement training improvements through analysis, identifying optimization opportunities if mapping persists in the same coordination to reinforce specialized topics by team.
