Job Description

Mentor ACCA - Join our organization to inspire and guide the next generation of accountants and auditors. We are seeking part-time mentors for ACCA subjects including F3, F6, F7, F8, and SBR.

Selection Criteria

1. Expertise & Experience

• Completed the relevant ACCA subject with good scores, preferably holding a full ACCA certification.
• Practical experience in related fields:
• F3: Corporate Accounting, Internal Accounting.
• F7, SBR: Financial Accounting, IFRS application.
• F8: Auditing at major firms.
• F6: Tax consulting at major firms or tax accounting.
• Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage.

2. Skills & Personal Qualities

• Excellent communication skills, clear and understandable teaching methods.
• High responsibility, commitment to supporting students throughout the course.
• Positive communication, ready to support and accompany mentees.
• Integrity and sincerity, aligning with our culture of sharing and proactive development.

3. Mentor Mindset

• Desire to inspire and guide young professionals, beyond just teaching.
• Willingness to learn new teaching methods focused on practical exercises and group discussions.
