Role and Responsibilities

• Build adaptive, production-ready AI features with clear KPIs.
• Integrate models into performant UIs and robust backends.
• Guide AI applications from conception to release.
• Implement Semantic Search and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLM).
• Set up RAG applications and data pipelines.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI models.
• Ensure quality of model results and new features through unit and integration testing.
• Research new technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in Machine Learning and AI technology with practical software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Efficient use of databases and knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ML libraries like PyTorch and Transformers.
• High performance and quality awareness.
• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
