About The Team

Our Professional Services team works with strategic users, providing technical expertise to accelerate knowledge, solution design, and integrations. This role involves leading strategic conversations and developing plans to transform payments and financial infrastructure for leading enterprises.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
• Plan and execute integration engineering from high-level architecture to code.
• Explain technical concepts and our product features and API architecture.
• Educate users and the developer community about our value proposition and best practices.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for major users and partners.
• Stay updated on new technologies and showcase technical thought leadership.
• Provide feedback and best practices to product and engineering teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to refine and evolve the product roadmap.

Who you are

Minimum Requirements

• High proficiency in Japanese and English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
• Comfortable with code-level debugging.
• Strong generalist technical experience.

In-office expectations

Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. This may vary depending on role, team, and location.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this role is ¥14,451,800 - ¥21,677,800. This range may change based on location and includes potential equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
