Industrial facilities Layout Designer

Mission

• Prepare, conduct, and document site visits and technical inspections (walkdowns).
• Develop optimal layout solutions considering project constraints.
• Update the BIM model (CAD and functional data) according to project requirements.
• Manage interferences and produce collision reports.
• Extract data from the BIM model to generate SSC BOP lists and necessary quantities/materials.
• Develop technical plans from the BIM model: layout, routing, isometrics, PFD/P&ID, etc.
• Support the design team in producing deliverables (reports, photomontages, etc.).
• Participate in project meetings and ensure data consistency with the team.

Profile

• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Strong experience in technical design and BIM modeling in complex environments.
• Proficient in CAD/BIM tools (Autodesk, Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and associated standards.
• Meticulous in managing interferences and tracking technical deliverables.
• Good ability to analyze technical data and produce accurate documents.
• Comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil engineering).
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially in budget and planning tracking.
• Proactive in communication with project teams and stakeholders.
