Position: Development Team Leader for Beauty Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

• Oversee new development projects for beauty medical devices
• Plan and manage new product development schedules
• Manage and collaborate from project planning to mass production transfer
• Lead and collaborate on technical elements such as HW/FW/SW/mechanical design
• Collaborate on domestic and international medical device certifications and standards, and document preparation
• Communicate with external partners and development service providers

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12 to 20 years
• Experience in overseeing development projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in organization management and project management
• Knowledge in embedded firmware development (experience with MCU (STM32, ATMEL) firmware)
• Knowledge in HW and circuit design (experience with Orcad, PADS)

Work Location: Geumcheon-gu, Gamasan-ro 96 (Relocation planned to Gasan Digital Complex area in March 2026)
