Founding Engineer (+ Equity) at AI-native prediction markets startup

About The Role

Join as a Founding Engineer to design and ship infrastructure that transforms market data, execution, and quantitative logic into modular agents running live strategies. This role is pivotal in building AI agents for prediction markets, impacting real-time data pipelines, execution engines, and AI-assisted research workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and own the agent orchestration & runtime engine for async, distributed systems
• Deploy and scale services on AWS using Docker, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
• Connect to exchanges and data sources through API/websocket integration and streaming
• Implement market discovery dashboards on the platform
• Integrate the platform with Web3 solutions, including wallets and on-chain data

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of backend experience with Python, Go, distributed systems, and financial data pipelines
• Proficiency with Docker, Redis/Kafka, and PostgreSQL
• Interest in financial markets and trading
• Startup mindset with the ability to ship, own, and iterate quickly
• Based in Warsaw (4 days/week in office) or willing to relocate
• Fluency in English, as work and clients are international
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• $7,500-$10,000/month starting salary (B2B) + 0.5%-1% equity
