Join our expert team to work on a Healthcare sector platform, contributing to the migration and consolidation of CI/CD and cloud platforms to enable scalable and secure infrastructure. You will apply your knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Packer and container technologies to automate provisioning and deployment across Azure and other clouds. The role focuses on Infrastructure as Code, pipeline automation and platform migration to increase cloud adoption and reliability.

What You Will Bring 🤝

• Strong hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt and automation with Ansible
• Experience creating machine images and provisioning with Packer and managing containers with Docker and Podman
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and pipelines: GitHub (GitHub Actions), GitLab and Azure DevOps
• Solid administration skills on Linux and Windows plus scripting with PowerShell and Bash; familiarity with C# .NET and Cake is desirable
• Practical experience with secret management and monitoring tools such as Vault and Grafana and artifact repositories like Artifactory

You will be responsible for

Supporting a cross‑project DevOps team that manages infrastructure for multiple initiatives. Designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code, automating deployments and pipelines, leading the migration from GitLab to GitHub and enabling greater cloud adoption. Collaborating with stakeholders in Switzerland, ensuring reliable, secure and observable platform operations.

Our working model 👩‍🔬

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
