Data Scientist

Role

We are seeking a consultant colleague with the following qualifications. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by our organization and work with clients or on internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI and machine learning to enhance accuracy and efficiency in generating insights.
• Apply analyses in areas such as trend spotting, forecasting, and time series analysis.
• Integrate multiple data sources, both internal and external, to create impactful analyses.
• Develop automated workflows and ensure data storage (Azure storage) and IT conditions support analysis work.
• Lead and coach the team on AI opportunities and find relevant application areas.
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups to share best practices and create synergies with other parts of the organization.
• Ensure business value in analyses through understanding both technology and business.
• Develop technology from MVP to production deployment.
• Present analyses and insights internally in a clear manner, tailored to different target groups within the organization.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in programming with Python, PySpark, or similar languages.
• Experience in building efficient and clear code to realize AI initiatives from MVP to value capture.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets through machine learning.
• Experience with GenAI for market and trend analysis.
• Experience in predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Relevant academic degree.

Preferred

• Experience in working with data quality; identifying and addressing deficiencies and initiating improvement initiatives.
• Experience with visualization programs such as Power BI.
