About The Team

The team consists of highly skilled individuals capable of data engineering, operation management, security, cloud architecture, MLOps, and more. You will work with the team to identify client needs and define innovative solutions, managing both conception and implementation while optimizing performance and scalability. You will also coach others, stay updated with industry news, and participate in training sessions with business partners and suppliers.

Competences & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience in developing and applying data-driven solutions with the right technical architecture
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in designing Data Integration / ETL
• Experience with Python, Linux, SQL, Scala, or other popular programming languages
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Mapreduce, Flink, and related big data technologies
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, etc.
• Experience with Cloud services (Ali Cloud, Azure, AWS)
• Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms, model building, and AI analytics product deployment
• Experience with Java web development and frontend development is a plus
• Must be a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker and fluent in English
