Position Overview
The organization is committed to providing a comprehensive 'Life Event Integrated Solution' that assists with home transformations globally. The Data Platform team offers reliable real-time data and solutions, supporting various data processing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and refine data from various sources, designing and operating efficient ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Design and manage data warehouse models, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Verify and monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, establishing processes for quality improvement.
- Enhance data accessibility and quality by organizing and updating metadata.
- Support query performance improvement and data accessibility for analysts and scientists.
- Learn and integrate the latest data technologies and AI to enhance performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines (SQL-based, 4+ years).
- Experience in operating and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience in data processing and automation using Python.
- Experience in data modeling and schema design.
- Experience in identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Ability to structure and analyze complex data issues, identifying root causes and solutions.
- Ability to explain technical requirements in business terms and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to automate and optimize data tasks using AI-based development tools and prompt engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data warehouse project participation.
- Experience or interest in data quality management, governance, and metadata management.
- Experience in large-scale data processing using Apache Spark.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.
- Background in computer science or equivalent professional knowledge.
