Data Analysis Engineer

The BI team plays a crucial role in product growth and enhancing corporate value by contributing to data-driven decision-making and product development.

Responsibilities

• Design and visualize KPIs for product improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing for validation.
• Analyze user behavior to propose product improvement strategies.
• Build predictive models for various metrics to aid decision-making.
• Advise on business planning and promote development based on business plans.
• Analyze marketing data and design strategies.
• Contribute to product growth and corporate value enhancement through data utilization.
• Formulate hypotheses, plan validations, and manage strategies for product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in product improvement proposals and validation using data analysis.
• Experience in numerical aggregation using SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Redash, Chartio, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience in infrastructure construction and operation on AWS.
• Experience in log design for products.
• Experience in web service development using frameworks like Django.
• Understanding and practical experience in machine learning.
• Experience in building data processing infrastructure.
• Experience in agile development.

Preferred

• Experience using BI tools (Redash, Chartio, Tableau, Looker).

Salary

Annual salary of 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 JPY, determined based on work experience.

09:30 to 18:30
