About the Role
We are seeking a D365 Engineer to join our Product & Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Acting as a technical SME and system administrator, you will design and deliver solutions that support business transformation, automation, and integration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions that meet user and business needs.
- Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with key stakeholders.
- Build and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop and debug plugins using C#, JavaScript, and Azure functions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, REST/ODATA endpoints.
- Maintain code repositories, solution files, and version control.
- Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and best practice advice.
- Collaborate within agile scrum teams to plan and deliver sprint goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online.
- Strong skills in customization, configuration, and solution deployment.
- Proficient in JavaScript for Dynamics CRM and plugin development in C#.
- Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA endpoints, and Azure functions.
- Skilled in configuring security models (roles, groups, teams).
- Comfortable with Visual Studio, Bitbucket, Git, and CRM SDK.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, resilient, and detail-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
- Exposure to Unified Interface, Virtual Entities, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, PowerApps).
- Knowledge of Azure components and data services (Azure SQL, Data Export Service).
- Ability to create custom HTML web resources.
