Assistant Manager

Overview

The Assistant Manager in Software & Application Development is responsible for managing the end-to-end development lifecycle of software applications. The role focuses on leveraging modern development practices and AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design discussions and planning meetings.
• Develop and maintain applications using AI-augmented programming tools.
• Translate designs into high-quality code.
• Contribute to defining infrastructure and deployment strategies.
• Build and maintain tools for automated testing and deployment.
• Integrate software components and third-party tools.
• Oversee development, testing, troubleshooting, and upgrading of software.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to refine backlogs and planning.
• Design and implement test strategies and tools for automated testing.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in prompt engineering, code, and test case writing.
• Skilled in unit testing and integration testing using automated systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Experienced in scrum/Agile methodologies.
