You’ll work closely with technical users and interface partners to translate requirements into robust, efficient, and elegant software solutions that integrate seamlessly with cutting-edge hardware and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Further develop and maintain an existing Qt-based application
  • Define requirements and specifications together with users and technical partners
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and interface teams
  • Contribute to documentation, usability, and user guidance improvements
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability in all deliverables

  • Confident using Git, CMake, and Visual Studio
  • Experience developing for embedded or real-time environments is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of software design principles and modern C++ standards
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Fluent German (C1 or higher) and at least basic English

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 per year (depending on experience)

  • Hybrid model: Up to 60% remote after onboarding

Why Consider ANÜ (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)?

This position is offered via Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ) a model that gives engineers the best of both worlds:

  • Access to advanced technical software engineering projects within one of Europe’s most respected technology organisations
  • The security of employment combined with the flexibility of project-based work
  • The opportunity to build expertise across multiple complex systems and domains
  • Integration into a highly collaborative technical culture where innovation drives progress

ANÜ is increasingly popular among skilled developers who value exposure to high-level engineering challenges, global collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth without long-term corporate constraints.

Who This Suits

This role is ideal for an experienced C++/Qt developer who enjoys working on technically complex applications, thrives in structured technical software engineering environments, and is motivated by building software that directly supports cutting-edge technology development.

If you’re a detail-oriented software engineer looking to contribute to innovative projects in Munich’s thriving technology scene, we’d love to hear from you.
