AI Consultant

Job Description

As our new AI Consultant, you will play a key role in developing our organization's commercial AI capabilities. Working closely with the AI Solution Architect, AI Engineer, and Data Scientist, the AI Consultant is responsible for identifying, developing, and piloting innovative AI solutions. This includes designing and testing new AI-driven products, services, and programs internally, then adapting and scaling them for customer needs.

Your tasks include:

• Lead the identification, development, and internal piloting of AI solutions, products, and programs with commercial potential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine AI initiatives before scaling to external customers.
• Drive the commercialization process by adapting successful internal projects for customer-facing delivery.
• Engage with customers to understand their AI needs, co-create tailored solutions, and support implementation.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on AI adoption, change management, and responsible use.
• Monitor AI trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and commercializing digital or AI solutions, ideally including internal piloting and external rollout.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, use cases, and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Fluency in English.

Beneficial Qualifications:

• Experience with product development, go-to-market strategies, or consulting in AI or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, digital formats, and customer training programs.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data ethics, or EU AI Act compliance.
• Certification or training in change management, product development, or AI-related disciplines.
• Danish proficiency is an advantage.
