3rd-Level Engineer 80-100% (w/m/d)

• Collaborate with support and development teams to investigate technical anomalies reported by customers.
• Act as the single point of contact between customer support teams and technical departments.
• Facilitate communication directly with customers for technical matters, such as inquiries around the API.
• Work in a modern environment driven by continuous improvement, with opportunities to optimize and automate daily business.

What we expect from you:

• Troubleshooting complex technical problems is a passion of yours.
• Familiarity with technical stack including LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP, and/or Java.
