Your profile
To excel in this role, we see that you have a relevant technical education e.g. a M.Sc. or a B.Sc. within Electrical/Embedded Systems, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or similar.
Moreover, we see that you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dSpace HIL testing and/or configuring of HIL benches
- Working experience with dSpace HIL environments
- Working experience with Vector tools (vTestStudio, CANoe, CANalyzer etc.) and/or dSpace tools (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk)
- Knowledge in vehicle communication such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet
- Fluent in English and can communicate effectively with multiple levels of stakeholders
Meritorious experience:
- Experience in AD/ADAS systems
- Experience in Matlab/Simulink
- Experience from local OEMs in Gothenburg, Sweden
- Swedish or EU driver’s license

Role Overview
The HIL solutions team is responsible for Hardware in the Loop (HIL) development, providing expertise and support to ensure effective and successful HIL usage. The role involves designing and constructing HILs, proposing solutions, and supporting client needs in the growing area of HIL.
Responsibilities
- Design and construct HILs.
- Propose solutions and support client needs.
- Work closely with experienced engineers and test engineers across various vehicle system areas.
- Build and maintain a wide personal network within R&D.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or similar.
- Good IT knowledge, particularly in Matlab/Simulink/Python.

- Experience in HIL (both HW and SW), automotive industry experience, and knowledge in INCA, Canalyzer, or dSpace HW is meritorious.
