As a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer for the Azure Platform, you will play a key role in helping customers modernize their infrastructure and unlock the full value of the cloud. You will work directly with technical and business stakeholders to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient architectures that support AI workloads and business-critical applications.

You bring deep expertise in migrating core workloads—including Windows, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, and Oracle—to Azure. Beyond migration, you lead customers through modernization using the 6R strategy, containerization best practices, and Azure-native services like AKS and Arc, while exploring how AI and intelligent agents can accelerate legacy transformation.

You also apply strong networking knowledge to design hybrid and cloud-native solutions, including virtual networks, VPNs, and secure routing architectures that meet enterprise performance and compliance needs. You complement this with trusted partner solutions like NetApp, VMware, RedHat, and SAP to ensure a secure, optimized, and scalable migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales by using technical demos, proofs of concept, and technical architecture accelerators to influence solution design and enable deployments.
• Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops to accelerate Azure adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with platforms leads to co-design secure, scalable solutions.
• Resolve technical blockers by collaborating with engineering and sharing customer insights.
• Maintain expertise in cloud migration (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL, app workloads), resiliency, security, and compliance.
• Deepen knowledge of enterprise apps (SAP, Oracle) and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
• Represent the organization in customer forums and technical communities through thought leadership.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, including migration of workloads such as Windows, SQL, Linux, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing or selling solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Platform, and containerization strategies.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including security, compliance, and hybrid cloud scenarios.

Job Summary: In this role, you will represent the systems engineering team in product development forums, with a focus on developing the next-generation solid-state products. Your responsibilities will include delivering product design specifications, test objectives, and debugging. Your main task will be identifying the most optimal solution, considering technical, cost, and schedule tradeoffs. This role will involve close collaboration with ASIC, HW, Firmware, and Validation teams to address technical challenges and determine the most beneficial solutions. Your duties will also include leading the design process from concept to implementation to validation and tracking system-milestones to ensure that product goals and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Masters in Embedded Systems/ VLSI/MicroElectronics or Bachelors(B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics & Communications/Electricals & Electronics/Computer Science
• 8-14 years of experience in semiconductor products systems design or architecture
• Knowledge of C, C++/ System C, Python, GIT, GitHub, AGILE is highly valued
• Proven ability to work as part of a global team in multiple geographies
• Multi-disciplinary experience, including familiarity with Firmware, HW, and ASIC design

• Knowledge of PCIe Gen5/6 technology is an advantage
• Hands on experience in NVMe spec
• Previous experience with storage systems, protocols, and NAND flash – strong advantage
• Previous experience with storage systems, protocols, and DDR DRAM – strong advantage
• Basic understanding of SSD system level concepts
• Experience in SoC architecture, power management and ASIC Registers understanding to interact with FW design.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• RTL design and verification in Verilog, RTL linting, clock domain crossing (CDC) analysis, design integration, synthesis, DFT, timing analysis and closure
• Balance design trade-offs with modularity, scalability, power, area, and performance.
• Interface with internal and external teams/customers to drive necessary technical specifications and features based on individual requirements
• Participating in Post-Si evaluation and debug
• Drive cross function support for productization

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• MSEE plus 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with chip level integration, chip lead, and full product life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, test) of Logic design
• Working knowledge of the entire Logic design flow from RTL to GDSII (RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, static timing analysis, logic equivalence, DFT insertion, place-and-route, clock tree synthesis, extraction, static timing analysis, physical verification)
• Working knowledge of NAND flash memory cell device operations, algorithms for program/read/erase
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

• Experience developing digital circuit designs for low power operating conditions

The role involves designing and implementing cloud-native AI hardware infrastructure from scratch, including power, network architecture, storage, and bare-metal operating systems. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable software-defined network architecture and operating multi-regional on-premise Kubernetes clusters using programmable networks and bare-metal as a service. The position also involves designing and operating multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) without vendor lock-in and implementing zero-trust networks, including authentication, authorization, and auditing for development environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and clarification.
• 3+ years of experience in programming with Rust, Python, Golang, C, or C++.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing core components of cloud-native infrastructure, such as networking, storage, monitoring systems, and bare-metal as a service.

• Strong background in foundational technologies, including storage and networking.
