- Collaborate closely with product, integration, and customer teams to support rollout of the Customer API and enable smart building integrations
- Ensure a consistent API lifecycle: design, documentation, testing, versioning, and deprecation
- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for API delivery via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation and provide support to developers consuming our APIs

Role
As part of the Process Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to participate and lead continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment, directly contributing to increased efficiency, process optimization, and the evolution of internal practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee continuous improvement projects, applying appropriate methodologies and tools.
- Train internal teams in key continuous improvement tools (5S, SMED, 8 wastes, among others).
- Ensure initial training of new employees on People and Culture-related topics.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze productive performance indicators, presenting action plans for optimization.
- Create and maintain the Value Stream Map of industrial processes.
- Implement and monitor the 5S audit plan in all areas of the unit.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering (Production branch), or equivalent areas.
- Relevant minimum experience in process engineering and continuous improvement functions in an industrial context.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
