Senior Fulfulliment Engineer

Core Responsibilities
- Lead on-site delivery for large-scale (≥10MWh) and commercial & industrial (≥200kWh) energy storage projects, overseeing system commissioning, performance acceptance and on-site troubleshooting to guarantee on-time, high-quality project handover.
- Deliver professional on-site operation training and technical guidance to overseas client technical teams; collaborate to optimize on-site delivery workflows and standards for global application.
- Diagnose complex on-site technical issues, identify root causes of system failures, propose actionable improvement solutions, and compile detailed delivery reports to inform product iteration.
- Coordinate local resources to execute delivery tasks in compliance with regional safety regulations; mentor junior engineers and document technical best practices for knowledge management.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Engineering or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in the energy storage industry, with at least 1 year of on-site delivery or commissioning experience in large-scale (≥10MWh) OR C&I (≥200kWh) energy storage projects.
- In-depth knowledge of energy storage system architecture and core components; proven ability to independently analyze and resolve complex on-site technical problems; familiarity with quality management tools is a plus.
- 2+ years of technical service experience in EU, US or Australian markets; fluent in English for technical communication (verbal & written); comfortable with up to 30% annual overseas travel.
- Strong logical analysis, cross-cultural communication and stress management skills. Prior overseas energy storage project delivery experience is highly preferred.

We have been awarded the Designer Support Contract to provide comprehensive design and engineering support to all designed ships in service with the Royal Australian Navy. This landmark contract marks a significant milestone for our organization, as it is the first contract held directly with the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA), underscoring our commitment to innovation and excellence in the maritime industry.
Operating under the Design Support Contract (DSC), we are seeking expressions of interest from Intermediate, Senior and Lead Engineers, from all different disciplines to join our teams based in Sydney. These roles are available for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and like-minded engineers on sustaining designed warships in service with the Royal Australian Navy (including Hobart Class DDGs, Canberra Class LHDs and Supply Class AORs).

The Opportunity
We are seeking multiple motivated and experienced Project Engineers to join a busy team in our office. With a focus on Brownfield projects across our process plants, we design and manage all our projects in-house. With multiple projects live at any one time, you’ll get involved in R&D, modernisation, site expansion, process engineering and optimisation, and end of life projects; and much more.
The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to manage and coordinate with geographically diverse sites with multiple projects.
About The Role
- Geographically diverse process plants in SA, Vic and NSW
- Multiple projects live at any one time
- In-house design using AutoCAD
- GMP and HACCP environment
- All aspects of the project are in-house, so you can develop your skills

What We Are Looking For
- Formal degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering
- Brownfield Project Engineering experience
- Familiarity with a number of project management methodologies and tools
- Capability to coordinate multiple projects at a time
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Food or Pharmaceutical
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to travel to various sites as required
- Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence
The successful person will need to complete a pre-employment Medical Examination - including Q fever vaccination, fitness, drug and alcohol testing.
