Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and consultative Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales of our HR services and solutions to enterprise clients, especially targeting CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, understands the HR ecosystem, and is passionate about building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and engage with key decision-makers in HR and Talent functions across mid to large enterprises
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to client needs
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to shape go-to-market strategies and client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
  • Attend industry events and webinars to expand network and market presence
Ideal Candidate
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR Tech, recruitment services, or talent platforms
  • Proven track record of selling to CHROs, Talent Heads, or HR Business Partners
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and drive
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setup
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar is a plus
  • Passion for talent, technology, and transforming the future of work
