Step 1 – Register & Share Your Profile Complete the registration form with your experience, skills, and role preferences. Step 2 – Complete Online Assessment Shortlisted candidates receive a technical assessment (CodeSignal) aligned to the role you're applying for. This typically takes 60–90 minutes. Step 3 – Receive Interview Invitation Candidates who clear the assessment get a formal invite with scheduled interview slots - in-person on 23 May (Pune) or virtual between 26–30 May, based on availability and location. Step 4 – Attend In-Person Interviews In-Person (30 May): Meet Autodesk engineering leaders in Pune. Technical and behavioral rounds on the same day. Virtual (23–30 May): Join structured video interview rounds with Autodesk hiring teams from anywhere. Step 5 – Fast Feedback Selected candidates may receive offers or next-step communication within days of the event. Important: Only candidates who complete the assessment and are invited may attend. No walk-ins accepted
