Step 2 – Complete Online Assessment Shortlisted candidates receive a technical assessment (CodeSignal) aligned to the role you're applying for. This typically takes 60–90 minutes. Step 3 – Receive Interview Invitation Candidates who clear the assessment get a formal invite with scheduled on-site interview slots for Feb 28. Step 4 – Attend In-Person Interviews Meet Autodesk engineering leaders and hiring managers. Technical and behavioral rounds conducted on the same day. Step 5 – Fast Feedback Selected candidates may receive offers or next-step communication within days of the event. Important: Only candidates who complete the assessment and are invited may attend.
