We are seeking an experienced Data Architect offsite to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for our SAP-centric enterprise data architecture. A Day in the Life

Seasoned Product Owner with Product Management experience:

·        Act as the leader of the project team, driving end-to-end execution and accountability.

·        Accountable for a product's impact on customers, users

·        Leads or leverages cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, develop, and manage new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products and processes

·        Assesses product issues and develops resolutions to meet market requirements, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

·        Partners closely and serves as a liaison between Product Management and  Technical Execution Team (System Engineer, Architect, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, Testers, Scrum Master, etc.)

·        Develop mechanisms to understand project progress and for intervention and problem solving with product managers, Scrum master, and other key stakeholders

·        Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation, and requirements management to ensure they meet the demands of market requirements and key stakeholders

·        Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems

·        Leads a shared understanding of ”What” we should build and be able to justify “Why” through discussion and documentation

·        Extends shared understanding with the scrum teams who will be executing

·        Plays a critical role in sprint demos by utilizing it as a feedback loop for validation of intended impact

·        Makes the decision on when enough value has been created to close user stories and ready for release

·        Point person to ensure all deliverables are prioritized

 Must Have

Minimum Qualification

·        Minimum 14 + years of relevant experience with 5+ years in Product Owner in Web/ Mobile Space. 

·         Awareness of Industry tools for VOC. Requirement prioritization, Roadmap & long-term solution Strategy

·        Good to have experience in medical devices or other regulated industries.

·        Strong understanding of agile development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban

·        Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

·        Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA or similar software tools

·        Experience with product management and product development processes, including user research, market analysis, and product road mapping

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

·        Software Development experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies especially worked on SDLC.

·        Excellent interpersonal and influence management skills including evidence of managing multi-discipline teams

·        Technical Understanding and Business Acumen

·        Knowledge of Product Life Cycle

·        Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations (820.30 design controls), European Regulatory Requirements (ISO 13485), and specifically IEC-62304.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and inspire a team of HRIS professionals. Provide technical oversight, coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance and individual growth.

·        Collaborate with US counterparts to set team vision and long- term strategic plan.  Align deliverables with HR Digital Transformation priorities and business objectives.

·        Collaborate with internal teams and HR stakeholders to prioritize and manage HRIS projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 

·        Lead the configuration and optimization of core HR platforms, including Workday and ServiceNow, to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience.  Provide technical expertise and recommendations on functionality, manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, and maintain global security and compliance regulations.

·        Manage the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven solutions within our HR ecosystem that improve the user experience, drive efficiency, and unlock valuable insights.

·        Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data. Develop and implement scalable data pipelines that support reporting and analytics solutions.  Establish and maintain strong data management practices including standardized definitions, metric catalogs, and security roles.

·        Oversee the design and development of PowerBI dashboards to deliver critical insights for HR and business leaders.  Work closely with the internal team to align on project requirements and maintain consistent design standards.

·        Utilize analytical techniques and tools to analyze HR data sets that drive data-informed decision-making.  Lead ad-hoc and annual projects leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization capabilities that support talent decisions and improve HR operations.

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS operations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.

·        Extensive experience in IT platform management including Workday, ServiceNow and PowerBI.

·        Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analytics.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

·        Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Education: BE/BTech

Mandatory Key Skills: GUI application, Desktop software development, C++ Development, Windows libraries

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and AWS cloud platform.

·        Experience in developing Firmware and Device Drivers for embedded peripherals.

·        Experience in developing simulators for simulating implantable device behavior through design patterns and architecture patterns.

·        Hands on experience in Blue Tooth enabled device communication.

·        Hands on experience in SVG Graphic based development.

·        Hands on experience in Mobile Operating System apps development targeted at Class III Medical Systems.

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

·        Experience with configuration management tools

·        Proficiency working in a team environment

·        Demonstrated skills in writing engineering documents (specifications, project plans, etc)

Minimum Qualification

B.E/BTech.in Computer Science Engineering  and 14+ years of experience (or ME/MTech in computers science and 12+ years)

·        Strong programming skills in C#, .NET AND/OR C/C++Strong knowledge of software design, development, debug and test practices

·        Apply best practices to develop software that’s driven by test first approach.

·        Create automation protocols to test complex software stack for behavior and coverage.

·        Provide design guidance for designing Networking Services (Web Services, SOAP and REST services) for communicating over TCP / UDP between Tablet and external Servers.

·        Perform thorough analysis and synthesis of data at hand to apply relevant software engineering algorithms to provide best user experience for real time data representation.

·        Should be able to design systems that comply to object oriented design patterns  for scalability and extensibility.

·        Should be able to analyze system requirements, map them to sub system requirements , create design and design  artifacts using UML diagrams, provide traceability into Requirements,

·        Should be able to understand Operating System thread priorities, thread scheduling concepts and apply those concepts to realize efficient and optimal flow of data through the system for real time data processing.

·        Apply software engineering principles for requirement analysis, requirement prioritization, life cycle models such as waterfall, Agile.

·        Should be able to understand Web Based applications design , remote procedure calls and distributed computing and apply those concepts to Product development.

·        Should be able to understand concepts of relational data base management, normalization of tables, and design well normalized data base tables.

·        Should be able to understand Socket communication and design/development of applications involving socket communication across process boundaries.

·        Should be able to perform build system management through thorough understanding of compiler optimization, compiler design.
