A Day in the Life

·        Anticipate and identify technical impediments and solve them with architecture design, technology choices, or prioritization

·        Review and refine migration strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

·        Provide guidance and direction to team members on technical aspects of the migration process, including system architecture, data migration, and testing.

·        Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to update on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.

·        Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

·        Perform hands-on technical work, such as system configuration, data mapping, and troubleshooting, as needed to support the migration effort.

·        Collaborate with other teams, such as BASIS administrators, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of efforts.

·        Monitor migration activities, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Business Analyst with SAP CRM, Trackwise, QMS, salesforce

• Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.
• Drives business agenda during solution delivery process.
