Data, Analytics & AI Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of various IT systems and applications within the organization and providing curated data semantics and analytics to our global commercial and Regional stakeholders. General:
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
· 18+ years of IT experience with a bachelor’s degree.
· Experience in implementing Data warehousing, Data cloud migration, Salesforce transformation, Customer driven data insights and related platforms.
· 8+ years of managerial experience preferably with a team span of 50+
· Experience and preferably certified Agile leader, leading by example with an agile mindset.
· Team mentorship and coaching.
· 5+ years of Global Commercial IT, Customer Care IT or similar domain.
· Experience in implementing IT strategies and exposure to new ways of working.
· Strong in leadership skills with background of Global Technology platform transformation.
· Strong cross-organizational collaboration skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and global experience.
· Project and/or Program management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle large number of complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Medtronic is hiring a Senior IT Manager, IT and Managed Services, will be responsible for two critical components in support of the Vendor Management Office. First, this position will be a strategist, subject matter expert, and experienced professional with large, Indian-based MSP and BPO firms, understanding how to best manage large, complex contracts and relationships in order to maximize value creation and drive continuous improvement. Second, this position will serve as the India leader for the portfolio, coaching and mentoring all VMO employees based at Hyderabad, India. This role will report Director, Global IT India and also have close working relationship with Sr. Director IT and Managed Services, US. · Key responsibility to help develop the vendor management strategy for Global IT’s services suppliers. Takes a long-term view that considers cost, quality, supplier mix, capability areas, competitive leverage, and preferred providers
· Works collaboratively with the VMO team, internal customers, and external third-party IT services providers to align strategy with execution
· Provides local team leadership for all VMO employees at MEIC. Creates a culture of excellence and sense of teamwork, growing and developing each person while ensuring harmony and cohesiveness across the global VMO function
· Creates and maintains relationships with our Top 10 Indian-based IT services suppliers. Responsible for site visits, audits, and local, face-to-face investment in our strategic partners. · Communicates past, present, and future IT services narratives effectively. Takes a data-driven, objective view of performance and uses internal and external feedback to create continuous improvement in service delivery

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or business related field
· 18+ years working in some combination of IT operations, procurement, or vendor management; where influencing supplier behavior was a core part of the position
· 12+ years working with IT services suppliers, with particular emphasis on large, multinational firms such as Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Accenture, IBM, etc.
· 7+ years creating and driving vendor strategy, aligning customer requirements with third-party services, delivering successful outcomes via internal/external teams
· Experience working with global teams in a follow-the-sun model; effective working with people and teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
