Title: AI/ML Architect / Principal Engineer
Job Description:
Celigo, a fast-growing Silicon Valley startup, is revolutionizing the cloud-based application integration landscape with our integrator.io iPaaS platform. We are looking for a talented engineer to help lead our internal AI/ML initiatives, and drive innovation throughout our integration platform.
Responsibilities: ● Help lead the charge at Celigo evaluating, implementing and deploying some of the hottest AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Spacy, Hugging Face, etc. ● Develop and refine NLP models using the OpenAI platform to meet specific use cases and requirements. ● Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret data. ● Architect, implement and deploy Microservices/ML Pipelines on K8S and AWS Platforms. delivered via a fully automated CI/CD pipeline. ● Lead by example on building completed automated pipelines with focus on test automation. ● Collaborate with software engineers to accelerate integrating more and more AI/ML capabilities into our products, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. ● Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop AI/ML solutions that meet their needs, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives. ● Help ensure the security and privacy of user data by implementing appropriate safeguards, and staying informed on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
● 15+ years of total experience in software product development with at least 4 years of relevant technical expertise in architecting solutions around AI/ML, NLP, data science, deep learning, etc.
● Multiple years of experience building and supporting multi tenant SaaS applications at scale.
● A postgraduate degree with strong experience in research, or equivalent job experiences with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
● Hands-on experience developing AI/ML models in real-world environments and integrating AI/ML using cloud-native or hybrid technologies into large-scale enterprise applications is a plus
● Expertise with Python Programming and comfortability with Node.js.
● Good with both SQL and NoSQL databases and technologies.
● Experience in leading teams without Authority.
● Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.

Role Overview
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and thought partner
to senior leaders across key functions. This role requires someone who thrives in a
high-growth, fast-paced product environment and is equally adept at driving people
strategy and delivering hands-on HR solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the
company’s culture, building leadership capability, and ensuring the alignment of HR
initiatives with business goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total
Rewards, and Finance to build an agile, high-performing, and engaged workforce. If

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
● Partner with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on organization
design, workforce planning, and succession management aligned with business

scale-up and growth phases.
Employee Lifecycle Ownership

● 5+ years of total experience in Software Product Development organization(s) with at least 3 years of experience in Cloud Security.
● Design and implement secure cloud architectures and configurations, considering factors like identity and access management (IAM), SEIM, and data encryption.
● Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-native security tools and solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners.
● Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud environments.
● Investigate and respond to cloud security incidents, including data breaches and unauthorized access, performing forensic analysis and providing detailed reports.
● Ensure cloud environments comply with relevant industry regulations and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).

● Should ensure high-availability and scalability of our Production software by working with engineering, wherever required.

● Working experience on other cloud providers like GCP, Azure are preferred
