Your Profile
- Completed studies in Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in developing embedded software in the IoT field
- Strong knowledge in Edge Computing, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Linux development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C/C++
- Familiar with internet-based network protocols and software architecture models
- A true team player with reliability and openness to new technologies in IoT and analytics
- Good command of German and English, both spoken and written

Your Tasks
To support our growth, we are looking for an Energy Manager Germany (m/f/d) for our Operations Team. You will take on a cross-functional role at the interface of technology, data, projects, and customers – with operational responsibility for multiple locations.
Project and Site Setup
- Technical onboarding of new locations
- Coordination and support of project starts with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting and supporting audits at locations > 10,000 m² with MW capacities
- Analysis of HVAC/CVC systems and identification of optimization potentials
Monitoring & Operation
- Monitoring ongoing projects (performance, costs, schedule)
- Analysis of energy and operational data
- Reporting operational KPIs
- Direct exchange with customers and facility management teams on technical and operational topics
Tools & Processes
- Further development of reporting KPIs and internal tools
- Support in analysis, QA, and control processes
- Passing on customer feedback for continuous improvement of product and service
Your Profile
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in a technical field (e.g., energy, building technology, HVAC, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in a start-up or technology-driven environment, in the field of HVAC/CVC/building automation (BMS), in technical building operations, energy efficiency, or related areas
- Confident handling of numbers and data analyses
- High affinity for IT tools and digital solutions
- Structured and responsible working style
- Teamwork and high willingness to learn
- Fluent German (negotiation level)
- Fluent English
Travel & Work Environment
- Willingness to travel to Paris required
- During onboarding about 2 weeks on-site
- Afterwards a few days per month
