Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in Workplace Engineering, End User Computing, or Infrastructure Operations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
• Experience managing Windows endpoints in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Windows image creation, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Experience with software packaging, deployment, and patch management
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, and device governance
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, preferably VMware Horizon / Omnissa
• Experience creating and maintaining golden images for virtual desktop environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity management
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Understanding of Exchange and Active Directory environments (on-premises and cloud)
• Experience troubleshooting end-user computing and workplace infrastructure issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and business teams

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and modern workplace solutions
• Experience with capacity planning and performance optimization in VDI environments
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
• Microsoft certifications (Intune, Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
• VMware Horizon / Omnissa certifications
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
