Principal Engineer - NVH

Experience

• The ideal candidate will possess between 14 to 18 years of comprehensive experience in vehicle NVH development, demonstrating a deep understanding of NVH requirements and solutions across various vehicle architectures. Proven expertise in applying vehicle NVH development tools and methodologies to diagnose and resolve complex NVH issues is essential.
• Grounded knowledge in vehicle NVH simulation techniques will enable the candidate to effectively predict and improve NVH performance early in the development cycle. 
• Proficiency with advanced NVH analysis tools, including test laboratories, Muller BBM systems, and sophisticated techniques such as ASQ, PCA, TPA, and Sound Power measurements, will facilitate precise NVH assessments and improvements.
• The candidate should be well-versed with powertrain, driveline, chassis, suspension, sound packaging, and mounting systems, applying refinement expertise throughout development and benchmarking phases. 
• Familiarity with current and emerging NVH technologies and innovative approaches is critical, alongside an understanding of design, manufacturing, and NVH countermeasure strategies. 
• Demonstrated success in leading NVH initiatives that enhance vehicle refinement and customer satisfaction will distinguish optimal candidates.
