The Opportunity:

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing mission-critical IT infrastructure across the enterprise. You’ll work at the forefront of technology managing LAN/WAN environments, Cisco wireless and IP telephony, network security, Azure cloud services, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and Windows server platforms. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and driving innovation within a dynamic, large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Cisco, Fortinet, VPN)
• Provide operational support for Azure cloud and Windows server environments
• Adhere to and improve ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Collaborate with global teams to implement technology standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT operations

Key Requirements:

• Emiratization Project
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on networks
• Certifications in Cisco & Fortinet technologies and Microsoft Azure Administration (required)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switching/routing, Fortinet UTM, VPNs, IP telephony, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and Windows OS
• ITIL V3 Foundation and Microsoft OS certifications (preferred)
