Build quality into the future
At our organization, we create cutting-edge automated storage and retrieval systems used around the world. To succeed, we need to build quality into our products from the very beginning.
We are looking for a HW Test Engineer to join our R&D team in Nedre Vats or Oslo and play a key role in early-phase New Product Development (NPD). You will test hardware modules and sub-assemblies, uncover risks early, and help shape robust, high-quality products.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute hardware tests for modules and sub-assemblies
- Set up and run lab testing, rigs, and instrumentation
- Analyze results and identify failures, trends, and improvement areas
- Support root cause investigations and validation of design changes
- Work closely with hardware engineers to provide fast, actionable feedback
- Contribute to improving test methods, setups, and practices
What We’re Looking For
- Background in mechanical, electronics, firmware or automation engineering
- Hands-on experience with testing, prototyping, or lab work
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to turn test results into clear insights and actions
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset
- Relevant engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
Why join us?
- Work on advanced technology with global impact
- Be part of early product development where your input matters
- Collaborative and highly skilled engineering environment
- Opportunities to grow technically and professionally
If you enjoy hands-on testing, solving real engineering problems, and influencing product quality early, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer
- A Collaborative & Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.
- Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.
- A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
- International and Supportive Environment within a multinational that values collaboration and innovation with a structured onboarding plan and career opportunities within the company
Location for this role is in our Headquarters in Vindafjord (Nedre Vats), or our offices in Oslo (Lysaker).
Application deadline: June 16th. Please note that we review applications continuously —if this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply as early as possible! All inquiries are treated confidentially.
