Job Description:

Are you a business-oriented leader with a passion for driving growth through innovative digital solutions and would like to make an impact by building up a new team? Our Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) Division is seeking you to establish a new office location for our division central Digitalization department, responsible for designing and implementing future state business processes enhanced by digital solutions that revolutionize the way how we work. As the founding leader of this new team, you will not only have the unique opportunity to recruit, onboard, and mentor top talents, but also shape our organizational strategy. Furthermore, you will lead the development of groundbreaking digital solutions in close collaboration with our headquarter and the corresponding technical lead who will oversee technical delivery. You will be responsible for building a team that leverages the latest business analysis techniques and digital trends to create solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and business processes, and drive sustainable profitable growth.


Job Description In your new role you will:

• Team building and management: Collaborate with the existing leadership team to recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team while managing, mentoring, and providing guidance to team members. Ensure a smooth collaboration between your group of business analysts and our advanced analytics and technical teams.

• Project management: Oversee the execution of digitalization use cases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget, while effectively allocating resources and managing project timelines and interdependencies within the organization. • Business process analysis & architecture: Guide and enable the team in analyzing current business processes, defining future state processes with customers, and deriving actionable requirements for digital solutions that align with customer needs, organizational goals and an overarching business process architecture.

• Solution ownership & portfolio management: Take full ownership for the team's solutions, ensuring they meet organizational goals and anchor them in desired business processes. Maintain, sustain and monitor your solution portfolio and ensure effective usage through trainings and change management activities.

• Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between your team and headquarters, communicating project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management, and collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.

• Customer-centric innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning among an international, interdisciplinary team, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new technologies that enhance customer satisfaction, while proactively engaging in suggesting and implementing enhancements that directly address customer needs and add value. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management or a related field of study.

• More than 10 years of relevant work experience in consulting or a corporate function driving digitalization and transformation, especially with customer facing responsibilities.

• Great understanding of digital solutions, business architecture, and software development/architecture.

• Established ability to build up and lead intercultural, cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.

• Excellent business acumen, enabling detailed gathering and documentation of business needs and their translation in clear and actionable requirements for development.

• Hands-on experience in process mapping (e.g., VSM), process improvement and lean management is a clear plus.

• Great proficiency in (agile) project management and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges in a large, dynamic and complex environment while being sensitive to soft aspects.

• Willingness to travel to Austria and Germany on an occasional basis
